Day 1: Keflavík - Blue Lagoon, Iceland
On your way to the Retreat, we take the scenic route along the lunar and lava-scarred Reykjanes peninsula, as well as other highlights:
Bridge between Continents - a symbolic footbridge across a fissure which illustrates the tectonic plate boundaries between Eurasia and North America and continental drift.
* Gunnuhver - Iceland´s largest geo-thermal mud pool
* Seltun geothermal area and hot spring
* Lake Kleifarvatn
Day 2: Blue Lagoon - Reykjavík, Iceland
After breakfast, travel to Reykjavik city center to explore its main attraction. Stop at galleries, visit local designers/workshops and get an introduction to both art and Icelandic history.
Places of interest include:
* Harpa Music hall
* Hallgrimskirkja Church
* Einar Jonsson Sculptor Garden
* Old town and harbour area
Day 3: Eyjafjallajökull - Blue Lagoon, Iceland
You will be picked up by a helicopter and take on a 3.5 - 4 hour extensive tour that embraces the highlights of Icelandic abundant natural features in an unforgettable journey across Thingvellir, Geysir, the spectacular Gullfoss waterfall, geothermal power plants, Mt. Hekla and the rhyolite mountains of Landmannalaugar.
From the geothermal area Hrafntinnusker, we overfly volcanic sand beaches, Myrdalsjokull glacier, Thorsmork "Valley of Thor" and Eyjafjallajokull glacier volcano.
Day 4: Blue Lagoon - Keflavík, Iceland
